About the Organisation
Our Federal Government client contributes to Australia's economic prosperity and social well-being by creating opportunities and driving better outcomes for people by participating in the design and development of the Government Enterprise Resource Planning (GovERP) project. The team provides policy insights and delivers data-driven projects and initiatives relating to skills.
 
About the role
Scrum Master will focus on embedding day-to-day agile delivery and governance, improving agile maturity, transferring knowledge, and mentoring existing staff. This is a 12-month assignment commencing in last week of May 2022 located in Canberra.
 
Skills and Experience
Applicants must have an active baseline clearance to be eligible for this position.
  • Demonstrated Industry based knowledge with experience in the delivery of complex large-scale applications and web services within the SAFe framework.
  • Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
  • Experience guiding a delivery team to consume an Agile development tool-set and leading the teams for continuous improvement.
  • Exhibiting agile leadership through a deep understanding and appreciation of all the roles and responsibilities of a delivery team and the ability to nurture and focus activities in line with agile methodologies.
