Commence a Recruitment Traineeship with us!

As our Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will bring across your previous administrative experience and work closely with our team to assist with the day to day recruitment administration responsibilities.
Our team will provide training and development so that you will understand how our business works and learn about the life-cycle of Recruitment from the ground up.

If you commence with us prior to the 30th June, 2022 we can offer you the opportunity to complete either a Certificate or Diploma in either Business or HR disciplines.

You will be supported every step of the way and will have access to on the job training and a structured personal development plan. We are committed to developing you and supporting your ongoing career with us.

Please note, previous HR/Recruitment experience is NOT a requirement.

Ideally you will have experience within a fast-paced environment in one or more of the following areas:

  • 2-5 years experience in an administrative/office support role (preferred)
  • Exposure to people management/Team leading (highly regarded)
  • Customer service/client support skills
What the role involves:

  • On the job, structured training
  • Providing recruitment administration support to the broader team
  • Administering the selection and onboarding process
  • Providing excellent service to candidates, clients and internal staff
  • Ensuring data integrity within our Applicant Management System (Salesforce)
  • Ensuring all safety procedures and quality audits are followed
