As our Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will bring across your previous professional experience and work closely with our team to assist with the day to day recruitment responsibilities.
Our team will provide training and development so that you will understand how our business works and learn about the life-cycle of Recruitment from the ground up. If you're looking for career progression into a Recruitment Consultant role, this is the perfect starting point!


Ideally you will have experience within a fast-paced environment in one or more of the following areas:
  • 2-5 years experience professional experience
  • Customer service/client support skills
  • or you are a recent graduate and have worked whilst completing your degree

  • On the job, structured training
  • Providing recruitment administration support to the broader team
  • Administering the selection and onboarding process
  • Providing excellent service to candidates, clients and internal staff
