Wellbeing Lead – Secondary Education (Multi- Campus)
$110,000 package| Multi‑Campus Secondary Education
We’re partnering with a leading secondary education provider to recruit an experienced Wellbeing Lead to oversee and strengthen student wellbeing services across multiple campuses.
In this senior role, you’ll lead a multidisciplinary team of youth workers and counsellors, delivering a proactive, trauma‑informed and inclusive wellbeing model that supports student safety, engagement and early intervention. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll manage complex cases, critical incidents and external referral partnerships while building team capability and consistent practice.

- Implementing preventative and early‑intervention wellbeing frameworks
- Managing complex wellbeing cases and critical incidents
- Ensuring child safety, compliance and mandatory reporting
- Building external partnerships and referral pathways
- Using data to drive planning and service improvement
You’re an experienced wellbeing or youth services leader with a calm, practical, trauma‑informed approach and confidence working across multiple sites.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work or related field
- ACA Level 3 or PACFA Clinical registration
- Minimum 2 years’ leadership experience
- WWCC, Police Check and Victorian Driver’s Licence
