About the Job
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to provide administrative support to the Workers Compensation & Injury Management team within the Safety, Health & Wellbeing Branch.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting workers compensation processes and injury management coordination, helping to ensure timely, compliant, and supportive outcomes for injured workers.

Key Requirements
In this role, you will provide key administrative and coordination support across workers compensation and injury management processes, helping ensure timely, compliant, and supportive outcomes for injured workers.
  • Assist with lodging Workers Compensation claims with insurers, including preparation and submission of required documentation
  • Support return-to-work coordination, including following up on medical certificates and required paperwork
  • Maintain accurate record-keeping and filing systems for claims and case management
  • Manage and update document registers, audit logs, and tracking systems
  • Monitor shared inboxes, respond to queries, and coordinate responses across stakeholders

To be considered, you will have:
  • Strong administrative experience with high attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders
  • Experience working within a government or corporate environment
  • (Desirable) Experience in Workers Compensation, Injury Management, or a Safety/HR environment 
Requirements:
  • Police Clearance required
