OHS Certification

    DFP’s commitment to freedom from harm is highlighted by our adherence to the highest standards and transparency in relation to safety. DFP invests in the ongoing certification of our OHS Management System to the recognised standard AS/NZS4801:2001 and the annual auditing of this system by a third party Certification Body. The development and effectiveness of our safety management procedures is audited internally by our OHS Team and by external auditors regularly to ensure compliance, modification and improvement.

    This system is supported by a professional OHS Team who is located across Australia and services a wide range of mining, industrial and commercial sectors as well as the internal management of DFP’s OHS activities.

    Our OHS Team members regularly update and develop their professional skills to ensure they have a sound and functional understanding of current OHS practices. Their combined competence and experience offers a great source of consultation and benefit to our staff, temporary workers and client partners.

    OHS CertificationFor our temporary workers this means that DFP processes ensure effective safety management activities are conducted prior to and during work assignments to mitigate issues and ensure safety. Safety is everyone’s responsibility and you are required to take an active role in communicating with your Consultant in relation to all safety matters.

    For our client partners this highlights that DFP systems are rigorous and consistent throughout every branch, consultant and work place. This provides peace of mind that, as your labour hire provider, you can be assured we will competently identify, manage and control safety issues. DFP is acutely aware of the role we play in protecting our own temporary workers as well as our clients safety record.
