This Government body works with people with disability, providers, and the community to deliver nationally consistent, responsive, and effective regulation of service providers. They seek to uphold the rights of, and promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of people with disability receiving supports or services.

About the role:

The APS5 Integrity Support Officer is accountable under limited supervision to undertake moderately complex to complex work.
The position is required to undertake activities and tasks using available information where options are not always evident. It will be required to perform procedural, clerical, administrative and operational tasks that supports and contributes to Agency’s objectives.
The APS5 Integrity Support Officer is a team membership position and is accountable for organising their workflow and making independent decisions relating to an area of responsibility. The position will have a considerable level of contact with internal stakeholders and will be required to communicate with and provide guidance on a range of matters to resolve moderately complex enquiries.

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting in project management and coordination activities, monitoring and reviewing program and project activities against plans.
  • Contributing to the development and management of the Fraud Vector Library and the divisional reporting framework.
  • Providing advice, procedural guidance and technical expertise in specific areas of team project work.
  • Performing research and analysis work including contributing to the preparation of reports on relevant team project activities.
  • Drafting a range of written material including business cases, plans, executive briefs and corporate documentation for review.
  • Assisting with the identification and management of project risks, issues and benefits.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve program, project and business outcomes.

  • Applicants must hold Australian citizenship.
  • Hold a current NV1 Clearance or be willing to obtain it.
  • Be willing to undergo an Australian Federal Police Check and completion of the Agency’s screening checks, including; Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check.
