Join our team 

We are expanding our high performing Volume Projects team who partner with our key Federal Government clients to provide and deliver a range of national projects that include, though are not limited to a variety of entry level programs. 

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Candidate Care Consultant will support the project team on large-scale recruitment projects by providing an exceptional experience for all our candidates. You will be the first point of call for all candidate enquiries whether it be via phone or email and will need to be proactive, work with pace and have proven problem solving abilities. What you will bring to the role; 

  • Proven customer service experience within a fast-paced environment
  • Recruitment administration support experience (advantageous)
  • Proven experience using the MS Office (excel) package
  • Experience in database administration 
  • A high degree of quality orientation and attention to detail 
  • Excellent time management, prioritising and organisational skills
