Administrative Support:
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for project teams.
- Manage project correspondence and communication with stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain project files and records
- Oversee site logistics, including access, equipment, and supplies.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth project operations.
- Assist with the preparation of site documentation and permits.
- Monitor and maintain site safety protocols and compliance.
- Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities.
- Prepare project status reports and presentations.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
- Support project budgeting and expense tracking.
Essential to be successful in the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in administrative support and project coordination roles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and project management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of construction or engineering projects (preferred).
