Our valued State Government client is seeking an experienced AO4 Project Contract Administration Officer to join their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and experience in construction project or contract administration.
Position Purpose:
The primary purpose of this role is to provide high-quality project and contract administration support to Project Managers, Superintendents, and Superintendent’s Representatives, ensuring compliance with Conditions of Contract, internal procedures, and policies.

- Process contractual payments, variations, and extensions of time, ensuring adherence to all contract administration procedures.
- Maintain accurate registers of variations, claims, and delays.
- Prepare monthly reports and other documentation as required.
- Draft contractual letters and maintain records and files in line with records management procedures.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Proven experience in project and contract administration.
Highly Desirable:
- Experience working on construction projects in a project or contract administration capacity.
