They are looking for front of house specialists to join their growing team! This role is expected to achieve delivery of professional first contact for visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately within the event and meeting venue.

Responsibilities:
- Receive and greet Enterprise customers, visitors and staff in a professional and welcoming manner
- Adhere to Covid and venue check-in best practice procedures
- Process meeting requests leveraging existing processes and digital systems
- Contact and liaise with meeting hosts to determine on-the-day booking requirements
- Assist with general queries. Demonstrating a good understanding of the venue, catering, processes, and offerings
- Build and maintain relationships with regular stakeholders who utilise the meeting and event venue
- Collaborate with onsite catering team to provide exceptional service to guests
- Manage the atmospherics and presentation of the Reception area / Meeting rooms to ensure a professional corporate image is always maintained.
- Manage a high volume of phone & email communication
- Keyholder responsibilities of opening/closing of reception and building.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer facing reception role essential!
- Previous experience in event or meeting venue preferred
- Experience supporting large scale events advantageous
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, pressured environment
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders
- A high level of autonomy and initiative
- Attention to detail
