Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage project activities including design, documentation, contract administration, and construction delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Lead and coordinate project staff, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Provide expert contract coordination across traditional and non-traditional systems.
- Manage scope, time, cost, cash-flow, and quality requirements while maintaining profitability targets.
- Lead negotiations with consultants, local authorities, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver value-for-money solutions.
- Monitor project performance, prepare exception reports, and conduct project audits.
- Assist in fee determination and client billing approval.
- Mentor and support project teams, ensuring adherence to quality assurance and professional standards.
- Relevant qualifications or experience in project/construction management.
- Experience managing projects from design to post-construction.
- Knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.
- Ability to manage scope, budget, timelines, and quality.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Current “C” Class driver’s licence; able to drive government fleet vehicles.
- Leadership, decision-making, and reporting skills, including mentoring teams.
