Job description

Our State Government client is seeking an AO3 Project Support Officer to join their team, In this role, you will utilise a broad range of computer software programs and information management systems and databases to provide high level support to team members, for the timely and effective delivery of project/s, ensuring compliance with appropriate legislation, organisational policies and procedures.

As the Project Support Officer, your responsibilities will include:
  • Data loads and validation processes
  • Data file transformation
  • Spreadsheet and database maintenance
  • Conducting the process of entering/maintenance of data into corporate systems.
  • Producing composition reports from corporate systems and software programs to both internal and external customers
  • Record keeping and secretariat duties
  • Other duties as required
To be considered for this role, you will have:-
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Including Teams and Skype for Business)
  • Intermediate Computer Skills
  • Proven communication Skills
  • Proven time management skills
  • Willingness to learn new software programs and systems.
  • Data analytical skills
