Our State Government client is seeking an experienced Lease Coordinator with a background in commercial property to join their Leasing Team.
In this role, you will assist with the planning and delivery of leased assets across the Government’s property portfolio. You’ll support lease management, financial administration, and stakeholder engagement to ensure high-quality and timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the management and coordination of leased assets.
- Provide advice on commercial leasing matters.
- Liaise with landlords and tenants to resolve maintenance and tenancy issues.
- Check and prepare invoices for payment.
- Update lessor contact and billing details in the internal property and finance system.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Prepare executive correspondence and briefing materials.
- Experience in commercial leasing or property management.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Sound financial and administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
