​Mel Ireland is a National Account Manager in our Federal Government Team. She has 20 years of experience in Recruitment within Government and Commercial sectors. Mel has well developed client and candidate management skills and has consistently grown the DVA/Open Arms account each month specifically within the clinical space. Outside of work, Mel enjoys getting involved with the Burleigh AFL club where all three of her children play along with her husband coaching the team.
