Our State Government client is seeking three experienced AO6 Senior Support Planners to join their team in Brisbane. In this vital role, you will provide expert advice, assessment, and planning to support participants, their families, and carers to achieve their goals and access the assistance they need.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide information, guidance, and support to participants and their carers.
- Assess participant needs and develop, review, and amend support plans.
- Offer technical guidance and mentoring to less experienced team members.
- Liaise and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and implement opportunities for service improvement.
About You:
- Strong knowledge of support planning principles and insurance management.
- Proven experience in complex support planning or statutory decision-making.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in human services or allied health (highly regarded).
- Blue Card and valid QLD driver’s licence required.
