In this role, you will:
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships and translate design objectives into tangible construction outcomes.
- Drive projects through procurement, design, construction, and implementation phases, ensuring alignment with the Department’s vision.
- Oversee project programs, budgets, and scope to deliver on time and within expectations.
Mandatory Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the construction industry.
Highly Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Tertiary qualification (or equivalent) in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields (Diploma acceptable).
- Proficiency in MS Project, Word, and Excel.
- Strong ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
