IM Training & Support Officer – State Government Department
Fremantle | $45–$55 per hour + Super | Full-Time Hours | 6-Month Contract | ASAP start
We are seeking an experienced IM Training & Support Officer to join a state government department in their Fremantle-based office. This role supports the department’s Information Management (IM) and EDRMS environment through training, user support and quality information practices.

About the Role
Working within a collaborative and customer-focused Information Services team, you will:
- Assist in the delivery and development of training for users of the Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) and associated IM systems.
- Support the development of training materials, knowledge base content and user guidelines to uplift IM capability across the Department.
- Assist with user support, helping staff confidently adopt best-practice IM processes and system functionality.
- Promote general records and information management awareness, contributing to a consistent, compliant and high-quality IM environment.
