As an EL1, you will provide advice to senior leaders, project teams and people leaders on the change of management framework on legal and policy framework and strategic direction, embedding change management practices across the clients bases within the financial sector.

Your responsibilities are but not limited to:

  • Provide advice to senior leaders on organisational design strategy, planning and implementation, including strategic advice on culture, organisational design and future state workforce mapping
  • Support strategic decision making of senior leaders, by providing strategic change advice and data driven insights on transformation activities.
  • Deliver transformation coaching to people leaders as required to engage and influence leaders through the transformation journey.
  • Advise and coach managers to enact their leadership and management responsibilities, building the capability of future leaders
You will possess:
  • Establishing clear work expectations, systems and processes
  • Encouraging and supporting ongoing
  • Providing regular, timely feedback and encouraging ongoing support for capability development opportunities
  • Aligning to clear customer service-related outcomes and expectations
  • Risk management framework and relevant legislation, including guiding others to identify and mitigate foreseeable risks
