Duration: Initial 3-6 months with possible extension

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with professionalism and empathy
- Manage and maintain a high level of confidentiality and privacy in all interactions and document handling
- Refer to relevant Acts, government policies, and regulations to ensure compliance and accurate claims processing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all claims documentation and reporting
- Proven experience in managing inbound and outbound phone calls
- Strong understanding and adherence to confidentiality and privacy standards
- Experience with referring to and interpreting Acts and government policies
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation
