Job description

This national organisation is a Telecommunications household name in Australia and they’re office located in the heart of the Sydney CBD. They are looking for front of house specialists to join their growing team! This role will suit those who thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing environment; therefore you will be comfortable with quickly learning new things and thinking on your feet!

This role is expected to achieve delivery of professional first contact for visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately within the event and meeting venue. 

Responsibilities:
  • Receive and greet company clients, visitors and staff in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Log all clients/ visitors /contractors in the building into the Visitor Management System
  • Contact hosts and meeting coordinators to ensure visitors are met or provided access
  • Assist with general queries. demonstrating good understanding of the site, facilities and services available
  • Build and maintain relationships with the facilities management and the broader Property team to
  • Manage the atmospherics and presentation of the Reception area
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
  • Experience in a corporate reception/administration role
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • A high level of autonomy and initiative
  • Attention to detail
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a front of house specialist on a 12 month contract with potential to extend! Commencing immediately the suitable candidate will be available to work 30 hours per week across Monday to Friday between 7:30am to 5pm.
