Job description

Our client is an Australian owned and operated health focused organisation that prides itself on providing a supportive and caring working environment with career progression and development opportunities for all its staff! This is an exciting opportunity for suitably experienced service agents to join their head office team in their new site in Mount Waverley!

Successful candidates will be to work Full Time, with hours of work on a rotational roster between 8am to 6pm. Monday to Friday! Interviews will commence immediately with a commencement date of the 8th and 22nd of August, 2022! Working from home flexibility will be offered based on performance.

Your responsibilities will be:
  • Provide first call resolution to a range of enquiries
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage appointment bookings and requests
  • Respond appropriately and with a sense of urgency towards appointment requests
  • Ensure relevant information is provided to the customer – eg Fees, site locations, directions etc
  • Management and first call resolution of customer concerns, feedback and complaints
  • Ensure records are kept up to date and all communication logged into the system
You will demonstrate:
  • Minimum 2 years in a call centre environment
  • Previous experience working in a medical environment is highly desirable
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate – advanced system experience (using multiple online programs simultaneously)
  • High level attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
