- Federal government opportunity in Sydney CBD
- 12-month contract with possibility of extension
- $600 - $750 per day + Super
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Consolidating and developing models (including benefit models)
- Ensuring/augmenting work delivered by external consultancies to fit into BAU processes
- Creating capability uplift created within the section to be able to run and own the models on an ongoing basis
- Working in partnership with business units to understand business needs, gather data requirements and develop an enterprise data model, and assist project teams with implementation.

- Manage a number of employees performing diverse tasks or manage a larger team where skill sets are similar and tasks are related.
- Coordinate and undertake detailed or sensitive projects and work plans that impact on the strategic, political or operational outcomes of the agency.
- Plan, manage and undertake benefits modelling as a business service for priority Agency initiatives using a structured, evidence-based approach to drive continual improvement.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant health, behavioural insights, business or analytics discipline with associated experience.
- A post graduate qualification in a related discipline would be highly regarded.
- Ability to manage and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Solid project management / delivery experience.
- Effective team management experience.
