Job description

  • Federal government opportunity in Sydney CBD
  • 12-month contract with possibility of extension
  • $600 - $750 per day + Super

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Consolidating and developing models (including benefit models)
  • Ensuring/augmenting work delivered by external consultancies to fit into BAU processes
  • Creating capability uplift created within the section to be able to run and own the models on an ongoing basis
  • Working in partnership with business units to understand business needs, gather data requirements and develop an enterprise data model, and assist project teams with implementation.

  • Manage a number of employees performing diverse tasks or manage a larger team where skill sets are similar and tasks are related.
  • Coordinate and undertake detailed or sensitive projects and work plans that impact on the strategic, political or operational outcomes of the agency.
  • Plan, manage and undertake benefits modelling as a business service for priority Agency initiatives using a structured, evidence-based approach to drive continual improvement.
You will have:
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant health, behavioural insights, business or analytics discipline with associated experience.
  • A post graduate qualification in a related discipline would be highly regarded.
  • Ability to manage and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Solid project management / delivery experience.
  • Effective team management experience.
