The Role:
 
The Project Coordinator will support project teams in delivery of a range of digital, technical and strategic projects and be responsible for co-ordinating updates, risk management, stakeholder engagement and project plans.
 
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
 
  • Co-ordinating aspects of project planning, development and delivery for key projects as briefed including project plans, coordinating resources and regular and ad hoc reporting requirements
  • Maintaining internal stakeholders and third-party vendor relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and issues management to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Support project delivery teams by coordinating meetings, agendas and providing secretariat support as required
  • Work with other Project and Product team members, internal and external stakeholders to understand project vision, relevant goals, and how they relate to project delivery
  • Co-ordination of procurement, contracts, and other administrative tasks to support project delivery as required
  • Ensure all projects consider the policy, privacy, security, clinical safety, legal, and design impacts in the assurance process and are detailed in well-established project plans and RACI matrixes
  • Collaborate with the Federal Governments Finance team to inform divisional financial management and forecasting, and processing of invoices
You will have:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management.
  • Relevant Qualifications or education is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital, technical, operational and/or strategic project management and delivery.
  • Program Management Certification, Project Management Certification or relevant professional experience will be regarded highly
  • Experience delivering infrastructure and information technology projects will be regarded highly
  • Experience in the health sector will be highly regarded
