About the Role
As an Associate Engineer, you will:
- Lead and deliver engineering solutions for medium to large-scale projects.
- Produce designs, documentation, specifications, and reports to meet client requirements.
- Manage project scheduling, resourcing, and ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, representing the consultancy in a professional manner.
- Mentor and guide junior staff, sharing technical expertise and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Codes, policies, and WHS practices.
- Contribute to the overall management and profitability of projects.
You will be a great fit if you have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture (or equivalent).
- Chartered status (CPEng) and membership with Engineers Australia.
- Several years’ experience in a similar engineering role (Senior Engineers typically 8+ years).
- Experience in a consulting environment is ideal.
- Strong multitasking, organisational, and communication skills.
- A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Experience managing medium to large-scale projects.
- Commitment to continual professional development.
