Are you highly organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We have our client seeking a Service Coordinator to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will manage and coordinate service operations to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery to their customers.

This is a Full-Time role, based in Kalgoorlie.

The Role
As a Service Coordinator, you will be the central point of contact for scheduling and managing service activities. You’ll work closely with service technicians, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and outstanding customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule service technicians for maintenance, installations, and emergency repairs.
  • Optimise scheduling for efficient use of resources.
  • Facilitate site entry and mobilisation requirements.
  • Monitor technician availability and adjust schedules for urgent requests.
  • Assess customer service needs and recommend tailored service plans.
  • Ensure timely application of costs to work orders and generate invoices post-service.
  • Maintain accurate records and update relevant databases.
  • Prepare reports on service utilisation and customer outcomes.
  • Assist in improving service coordination processes and procedures.
