Job description

Short term assignment with an immediate start till June 30th , this assignment will suit an Experienced EA in Federal Government. Your busy days will be filled with:
  • Providing high level administrative support to Senior Executives.
  • Providing ad-hoc Executive Assistance to Senior Executives including managing complex diaries and ensure timely provision of material for all meetings and other engagements.
  • Providing support for meetings including: printing papers, managing invitations and responses, arranging meeting rooms, video conference bookings, and catering.
  • Undertaking simple financial processes including credit card reconciliation and coordinating payment of invoices.
  • Assisting in the management of documents utilising and adhering to the records management system.
  • Booking and managing travel arrangements (flights and accommodation). 
To be considered for these roles you will demonstrate; 
  • Strong administrative skills and previous experience aligned to the role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide information and advice to a range of stakeholders
  • Data analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Competency with IT systems
  • Prior work experience with the two systems used to book travel and process credit card reconciliations, Finance One
  • Records management systems.  
 
As this role sits within the Federal Government, applicants are required to hold Australian Citizenship.
