Job description

Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator
 
We are seeking a motivated, energetic multi-tasker that can keep us all organised!
 
Ad Standards is Australia’s community voice for complaints about advertising and marketing communications.
 
Working in a small team you will support the Ad Standards team with a particular focus on taking responsibility for a range of office administration functions, leading the delivery of events, and providing support on projects.

The position is part time (15 to 20 hours a week – potential for more for the right candidate), flexibility provided in regard to days worked.

About the role
 
You will provide administrative support including:
  • Diary, calendar, inbox, and meeting management
  • Organisation of events, travel and accommodation
  • Preparation of emails, correspondence and documentation
  • Help develop, implement and improve administration processes, policies and procedures
  • Internal and external stakeholder engagement
  • Provide administrative support on projects
  • Other administrative tasks as required
 
Essential Criteria
 
The successful candidate will ideally have:
  • Well-developed MS Office skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish strong working relationships
  • Well-developed analytical and organisational skills
  • Strong task and time management and the ability to be proactive.
  • Team player – responsive, flexible and approachable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
 
You will also be highly motivated and can work with minimal direction when required.
