Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct calls, greet visitors, and manage the reception area
- Process accounts receivable/payable, including invoices, payments, and reconciliations
- Manage payroll, timesheets, leave records, and superannuation
- Maintain accurate records and prepare financial reports
- Support stock ordering, inventory, and sales administration
- Assist with office procurement and supply management
In addition to satisfactory medical and police background checks, you will demonstrate:
- Proficiency in using CIN 7
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- Experience in financial administration and payroll processes
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality
- Competence in accounting and office software (such as Xero and Microsoft Office Suite)
