We currently have a 6 month contract opportunity that will focus on providing administration support to our busy Melbourne team to ensure the timely delivery of recruitment and placement outcomes to a quality standard.

The key to success in this role is your drive to deliver great customer service. You will:

  • Respond to candidate enquiries via phone and email
  • Administer onboarding and placements - including pay information; visa checks; ref checks; OHS checks
  • Schedule candidate interviews
  • Manage verbal and written candidate communication
  • Review and edit CV's and written reports as required
 

Your Experience:

Your background may include:

  • Significant administration support experience, within fast paced, deadline driven work environment.
  • Strong service and quality focus with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate databases and advanced MS Office.
  • Excellent time management, prioritising and organisational skills
  • Outstanding communication skills
