Job description

The Opportunity 

On behalf of a large Federal Government Agency we are looking for experienced Project Managers to join the IT Services Branch and work across multiple technology projects. This is a 12 month daily rate contract. 

The Project Manager(s) will work within the Technology Delivery Office and support a large transformation program. The positions will be responsible for leading one or more projects in Access Management, Desktop, Network, Security, M365 or Unified Communications. 

Duties will include; 
  • Management of the project ensuring standards are adhered to
  • Run daily SCRUM meetings
  • Work to resolve or escalate roadblocks 
  • Produce regular project status reports 
  • Establish and deliver outputs within agreed deadlines
  • Ensure service design, transition and security requirements are met
  • Allocation of workloads to be included in Sprints
To be considered you will demonstrate;
  • Experience managing IT projects in agile and waterfall environments 
  • Experience delivering projects in a large, complex organisation 
  • Experience using Jira or similar tools 
  • Experience with the following technology domains will be highly regarded: Identity and Access Management, Desktop, Network, Printing, Security, M365, or Unified Communications
  • Strong stakeholder management skills 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
