We’re seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Officer to provide timely and accurate advice and administrative support across logistics, asset management, procurement, and emergency response operations.
This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth coordination, compliance, and communication across teams and agencies during both routine and emergency activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and support in administration, asset management, finance, and procurement.
- Guide team members to ensure compliance with procedures and achievement of objectives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of departmental policies and systems.
- Coordinate supplier sourcing locally, nationally, and internationally.
- Liaise with emergency service agencies to support response activities.
- Deliver accurate reports to the Logistics Manager and contribute to incident reviews.
- Support safe working environments and assist in recovery planning and demobilisation.
- Ensure proper documentation and records management during incidents.
- Undertake emergency response duties and other tasks as required.
- Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities.
- Clear communication and decision-making skills.
- Experience in government procurement, stores management, HR support, payroll, or similar.
- Familiarity with corporate record management and personnel support.
- Good working knowledge of iPhones and digital tools.
