Our client is a leader in the superannuation industry.  Due to a growth in their business, they are looking for representatives to join their Member Services team. We are looking for self-motivated customer service officers to join one of Australia’s award-winning member services team.

The role

We are in search of people with experience across financial services products to join an award winning member services team (Winner of the Chant West 2022 Member Services of the year award).
  • Retaining existing memberships through education and engagement with customers
  • Work on a variety of campaigns including.
    • Welcoming new members
    • Insurance and financial hardship claims
    • Ad hoc legislation changes
  • Member, advisor, and employer complex enquiries
 About You

This role is not an entry level role. You will need the ability to learn complex concepts quickly. The team are passionate and experienced superannuation specialists working each day to educate and empower members to achieve their retirement goals. 
  • Excellent customer service focus and communication skills
  • Strong Superannuation, Financial services, or insurance background
  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and self-motivate to meet and exceed KPI’s
  • RG146 compliant and knowledge of superannuation industry is preferred
