As a Membership Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the upcoming rate review period. This short-term contract offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, processing membership changes and providing outstanding customer service. You’ll work in a hybrid model, balancing flexibility with team collaboration.

About the Role

You’ll also bring:
- Experience in customer service and administrative tasks
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate internal systems or similar environments
- Previous experience in Private Health Insurance (PHI) or claims processing (highly regarded)
- Process membership applications, cancellations, cover changes, and related items in a high-volume environment
- Respond to member enquiries via phone and email, escalating complex cases as needed
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements and operational processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service
- Hybrid work model for flexibility - 3 days a week in Melbourne CBD Office
