About the Role
In this varied and fast-paced position, you will:
- Warmly greet visitors, clients, and staff, ensuring a professional and positive first impression
- Manage the front desk, phone enquiries, and incoming/outgoing correspondence
- Keep the office running efficiently by ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and coordinating office maintenance
- Provide catering and setup for meetings, workshops, and events
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Support the wider team with general office coordination and ad-hoc tasks
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Are organised, reliable, and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease
- Bring a positive attitude and enjoy helping others
- Have experience in reception, administration, or a similar role
- Are confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems
- Supportive, friendly team environment
- Varied role with lots of opportunities to get involved
- Stable, well-established organisation
- 3 - 4 month assigment with view to extension.
