The Role:

Are you seeking a role in Recruitment that has plenty of scope and challenge?  Want to be a part of a national organisation where your efforts will be appreciated? 
Due to an internal promotion, we are currently seeking to engage a Resourcing Consultant / Recruitment Administrator to support our busy operations team across a wide range of client and candidate requirements.  This very busy, rewarding and varied role will give you the opportunity to work with and learn from Consultants through assisting with the end to end recruitment process. This includes reception duties, resume preparation, database management, interview co-ordination, on-boarding and ongoing candidate care management.

About You:

If you are recent graduate looking to start your career in the Recruitment Industry or if you are an administration extraordinaire who has a keen interest in Recruitment, this may be the opportunity for you.
The skills and attributes we are looking for in our new team member include:
  • Experience in a fast paced, ever changing environments
  • Sound ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with various Stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to multitask in an ever-changing environment
  • A high level of computer literacy and keyboarding skills, specifically in MS Word and Outlook
  • Exposure to and/or an understanding of government or call centre environments would be looked upon favourably
