We are seeking an experienced Senior Advisor – Facilities Projects to join a major WA Government organisation on a temporary contract. This role sits within the Finance Group and focuses on managing new facilities projects and refurbishments of existing corporate spaces.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for end-to-end project management of design, construction, and refurbishment projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. This includes stakeholder engagement, resource planning, and compliance with relevant standards and legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage design, construction, and refurbishment projects for corporate facilities.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external contractors for efficient delivery.
- Prepare capital submissions, cost estimates, and project plans.
- Develop design briefs, specifications, and tender documentation.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, Australian standards, OSH requirements, and corporate policies.
- Extensive experience in project management and construction.
- Proven ability to manage consultants and contractors on large-scale projects.
- Strong background in facility management and commercial fit-outs.
- Knowledge of building codes, Australian standards, and OSH requirements.
- Advanced computer skills and ability to deliver projects within budget and timelines.
Additional Requirements
