EL1 Senior Vlocity/Salesforce Developer
The Opportunity
Our Government client is looking for a Senior Vlocity/Salesforce Developer.
This is a contract role starting as an initial 1-year contract with another 1-year extension afterwards, paying $900 per day plus super and is be based in Richmond, Victoria.
As this role is within the Federal Government, applicants are required to be Australian Citizens for this position.
The Role:
Within the Office of the CIO, they are undertaking major work programs to deliver innovative fit-for-need ICT-based solutions to improve the organisations scheme. They are seeking highly-skilled and energetic Senior Vlocity / Salesforce Developer (Mid – Senior Level) to join the Office of the CIO. This exciting opportunity will have you working as part of a dynamic and passionate team committed to delivering a better overall companies' delivery.
• Be a pivotal member of a talented multi-disciplinary scrum team focused on delivery of Salesforce based solutions as part of a new and high-profile transformational program.
• Support the creation of design standards and review of the designs, and develop Salesforce Vlocity solutions that ensure robustness, re-useability, performance, and quality of the solution.
• Ensure solutions adhere to governance and coding standards via reviews.
• Support the code deployment process through all environments include Production.
• Actively participate in daily scrum activities.
• Deliver quality Salesforce Vlocity components and solutions in concert with other developers, UI/UX experts, solution architects, and accessibility experts.
• Bring your expertise of Salesforce Vlocity to help guide best practice solution delivery.
• Help build the capability of the team through close collaboration and knowledge sharing with colleagues. • Adopt and support the rollout of CI/CD and DevOps and test automation practises.
About you:
Candidates must be able to demonstrate:
• Experience in Salesforce Vlocity platform using specifically Apex, LWC, Ominiscripts, Flexcards. Integration procedure and DataRaptors.
• Experience working with OOP, frameworks & design patterns.
• Experience in building and working with integration (example REST APIs, Platform Events).
• Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Health Cloud implementations.
• Experience working with Source Control tools (e.g. GitLab) & package-based development.
• Experience with Atlassian Jira, VSCode and DevOps practices.
• Have successfully implemented minimum 4+ Salesforce platform-based CRM projects using an agile methodology.
• Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.
