The Organisation
A reputable Australian company, based in the Latrobe Valley, is seeking a proactive administrator to join their manufacturing team. This company holds many certifications for its high degree of sustainability and prides itself on conserving the community and environment.

The Opportunity
An opportunity exists for a Site Administrator to join our client’s team. Your positive attitude, approachability and initiative will reward you with a diverse and rewarding administrative role. The position offers the challenge of assisting in the implementation of a new system while supporting the wider administrative needs of the organisation.

The Position
As a motivated and friendly individual, your organisational and communication skills will allow you to excel in a role where you will be responsible for:
  • Responsible for MyHub Workflow changes for the Maryvale site such as shift changes for all blue-collar staff.
  • Work with T&A Resource and Site People Leaders to resolve day to day payroll issues.
  • Assist with HR Administration and ongoing employment tasks
  • Varied duties around company rental properties and temporary accommodation for staff
  • Responsible for invoicing including purchase orders
  • Responsible for office equipment maintenance and supplies
  • Control and manage the Site security systems.
  • Responsible for all office supply coordination including facilities management for the site
  • Assist with other ad-hoc duties as required
