The Organisation
Our client is a major independent operations and asset services provider to the power generation market in Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia with contracts at 34 sites. Using various technological knowledge, they provide the latest innovations and best practices to the benefit of their clients.

The Role
Our client is looking for a candidate to join their team for the next 9-10 months. This individual will be motivated with highly developed administrative skills and be especially proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel.

The right candidate will be joining their supportive team to work Monday to Friday, 7am – 3.30pm.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Update and maintain spreadsheets
  • Data entry and maintenance of various company systems
  • Onboarding & offboarding in various systems
  • End to end recruitment from Medicals to Site Inductions
  • Coordination & mobilisation of casual workforce
  • Arrange site required training, liaise with client Schedulers and client Training Co-ordinator
  • Document control
  • General administrative tasks as required
  • Basic IT assistance

  • A good range of experience within administration
  • Flexibility to take on other tasks
  • Advanced abilities in the use of Microsoft Office packages with a large focus on Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An organised and professional nature
  • An enthusiastic and positive attitude; and
  • Administration qualifications (preferred but not essential)
