Reporting to our Manager – Key Accounts, as Account Manager, you will be responsible for temporary and permanent recruitment across a variety of our Government PSA clients. You will continue to grow existing accounts and really specialise in this area of focus. With no cold calling or business development required, you can enjoy really honing in on client relationship management and providing the best service. We have an amazing team culture in our Brisbane office, and are widely recognised for transparency, care and a ‘Can Do’ approach. We reward positive effort and hard work, while having fun and sharing in success!  

This is a fast-paced role where you will need to make decisions quickly, with integrity, whilst maintaining our DFP visions and values at all times.

What you will bring to the role;

  • Either previous experience as an Account Manager, Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Co-ordinator
  • Proven experience building and maintaining client relationships
  • Experience building and achieving budgets and KPI’s
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • A strong customer service/client focus
