Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a high standard of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when preparing documents, reports, and maintaining records or information systems (e.g. Excel, MyQFleet, and Microsoft Office applications).
- Support the Business Support Team with a range of administrative and operational tasks, including data entry and analysis, creating work orders, preparing weekly newsletters, office maintenance, and fleet management support.
- Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, including assisting with tasks around the office and local area as required.
- Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and a positive contribution to workplace culture.
- Show initiative and manage multiple tasks and enquiries efficiently within required timeframes.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Strong administrative background within a government or corporate environment.
- Proven intermediate Excel skills — you use Excel daily in your current or previous roles.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Able to prioritise competing deadlines and maintain accuracy under pressure.
