Our valued State Government client is seeking an AO3 Program Support Officer to join their team in Maroochydore. This key role will provide professional, efficient and effective communications support that assists the Stakeholder Management Team and region to achieve its outcomes and priorities.

Reporting to the Senior Communications Advisor, your duties will include:
- Providing high level administrative and logistical support to the Stakeholder Management Team.
- Assisting with data management
- Assisting and supporting with engagement activities including logistics of each event
- Developing and maintaining office support systems including the use of databases and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate, research and prepare information for the team including reports, statistical data and internal briefing materials as required.
- Assisting in monitoring compliance and adherence to governance frameworks.
- Compile content and data for various regular reports for high-level internal stakeholders across the region and the Department that support stakeholder needs and the region’s program delivery.
- Previous experience working in a similar role.
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Including Teams and Skype for Business)
- Intermediate Computer Skills
- High level data entry skills and accuracy.
- Proven communication Skills
- Proven time management skills
- Willingness to learn new software programs and systems.
