APS4 & APS5 Recruitment Officers – eRecruit
  • Immediate Start – Applications Close Friday 5th of April
  • Flexible and Hybrid Work Arrangements
  • 3 to 6 months – contract with possible extension up to 12 months
  • $78,954 to $91,520 + 15.4% super (dependant on level)
Role Overview
As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment and onboarding process within the organization. Your responsibilities will include providing expert advice and recommendations to stakeholders, managing internal and external job postings, facilitating applicant onboarding, and providing administrative support to the recruitment team. This role offers a diverse range of tasks and the opportunity to work on internal projects aimed at improving business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide timely recruitment advice and recommendations.
  • Establish and manage internal and external job postings in coordination with various business areas.
  • Assist with internal projects and contribute to business improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including issuing offer letters and tracking applicant status.
  • Manage incoming inquiries via phone and email, providing legislative and internal guidance as needed.
Job Requirements
  • Previous internal recruitment experience
  • Prior experience of using eRecruit software
  • Self-motivated with strong administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail in all work tasks.
  • Capacity to provide sound advice using available resources and report findings accurately.
To be considered for this contracting opportunity, you must have:
  • A Federal Police Clearance or be able to obtain
  • Experience with eRecruit
