- Credit Cards
- Processing card applications and cancellations
- Creating and deleting travel profiles
- General credit card administration
- Accounts Receivable
- Creation of invoices
- Daily transaction receipting
- Accounts Payable
- Preparing pay run proposals
- Processing invoices
- Managing returned remittances and follow-up statements
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- High attention to detail
- Experience with SAP and CTM portals (highly desirable)
- Immediate start preferred
- Australian Citizenship is a requirement of this role
- Active security clearance is highly desirable
- Office located on Northbourne Avenue, Canberra
