 - $45.60 - $60 per hour + Super
 - 7.6 hours per day, 38 hours per week

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Officer to support the delivery of key projects. This role is integral to ensuring smooth operations across acquisitions, insurance claims, and property development processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project planning, coordination, and reporting across multiple initiatives.
 - Manage travel requests for the team and ensure compliance with policy.
 - Oversee rate notices for properties under development and allocate costs correctly.
 - Assist with property acquisitions and insurance claims for property loss, including data collection and documentation.
 - Maintain and update project tracking spreadsheets (Excel) and ensure accuracy of data.
 - Prepare reports, budgets, and discussion papers for stakeholders as directed.
 - Liaise across divisions, Department teams, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
 - Apply project management methodologies to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
 
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
 - Proficiency in Excel for data tracking and reporting.
 - Experience with TRIM or similar document management systems (desirable but not essential).
 - Understanding of contracts and ability to interpret key terms (ideal)
 - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
 - Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
