Hourly rate: $55.24 p/h+ super

About the Role
As an APS5 Capability Partner – Facilitator, you will play a key role in supporting the Agency’s learning and development initiatives. This team membership position requires independent decision-making, technical analysis, and the ability to provide policy advice within a specialised area. You will facilitate engaging learning experiences that empower our workforce and enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate workplace education using a variety of formats including in-person, recorded, and live online sessions.
- Create inclusive and supportive learning environments that foster participation and engagement.
- Guide learners through course content, helping them connect theory to practice.
- Promote reflective practice and critical thinking through discussions and collaborative activities.
- Respond to learner queries and provide additional resources as needed.
- Monitor learner progress and deliver timely, constructive feedback.
- Use digital tools and platforms effectively to deliver content and interact with learners.
- Maintain accurate records in the Agency’s Learning Management System (LMS).
- Adapt facilitation strategies to meet diverse learner needs and preferences.
- Model respectful communication and integrity in all learning interactions.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on learning modules and artefacts to support continuous improvement.
- Uphold information management standards including templates, naming conventions, and file storage.
- Stay current with service delivery practices, educational technology trends, and training industry best practices.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in delivering training in various formats.
- Ability to analyse information and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and digital learning tools.
