Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Instructional Designer for a short-term contract to support the development of engaging, interactive learning content. This role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and deliver high-quality digital learning solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop eLearning content using a range of digital tools
  • Create and edit modules, microlearning guides, and storyboards
  • Extract key information from complex documents including standard operating procedures
  • Publish SCORM-compliant courses to a Learning Management System
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as an instructional designer
  • Strong proficiency in:
    • Articulate 360 Suite – Storyline & Rise
    • Vyond – video animation creation and editing
    • Canva – graphic design for learning assets
    • Camtasia – video creation for training
  • Experience in:
    • Storyboard development
    • Microlearning design
    • Publishing SCORM courses to LMS platforms
