Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Project Administrator to support our Digital Platforms team in efficiently managing resources and facilitating smooth project operations. This role will involve a range of administrative tasks, from onboarding new hires to coordinating project meetings and maintaining documentation. The role will be located in Richmond, paying $55.24 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage resource allocation and maintain resource trackers.
  • Coordinate interviews, onboarding processes, and equipment orders for new team members.
  • Facilitate access to tools such as Jira, Confluence, and VDI.
  • Act as a liaison between team members and stakeholders.
  • Schedule and organize project meetings and workshops.
  • Support logistics for forums and meetings, including agenda and action item management.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of project activities, including meeting minutes and reports.
  • Assist in procurement activities under Assistant Director guidance.
  • Maintain the leave calendar for the Digital Platforms team.
  • Provide administrative support for ad hoc project tasks as needed.
Criteria:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in resource management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in projects, PMO, or business administration.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and Confluence.
  • Interest in accessible design and development practices is a plus.
Expectations:
  • Hybrid role: 2 days in the office (Monday and one day of your choosing).
  • Entry-level checks required for all successful candidates.
