Job description

  • Federal Government opportunities in Surry Hills and Newcastle
  • 12-month contract with possible extension
  • APS6 - $60.26 per hour + super
  • Hybrid work arrangement
 Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  • Developing and managing project plans and schedules in accordance with the project management framework.
  • Performing independent research work and analysis including the preparation of draft reports, including on relevant governance activities.
  • Co-creating and documenting current state , to identify current participant and staff experience and business processes.
  • Co-facilitating design-thinking sessions with service users to design and test future service processes, channel, and experiences.
  • Preparing draft written material including business cases, plans, executive briefs and corporate documentation.
  • Overseeing end-to-end service experiences in line with the Digital Service Standard, ensuring changes are consistent for all users across different touchpoints.
 The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience working within a compliance and regulatory framework.
  • Highly developed communication skills - including written communications
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
